II. Study of Structural Sequencing and Dynamic Evolution of Battery Materials Based on World-Class Scientific Apparatus


On the bisis of advanced characterization technology, we have attempted to reveal the accurate information of the local structure in lithium battery materials and the structural dynamic evolution of bettery materials during their synthesis and cycling, which is one of the research hotspots and difficulties in new materials research field. Our research center, in conjunction with world-class scientific apparatus such as China (Dongguan) Spallation Neutron Source, uses the advantages and complementarities of scientific apparatus such as synchrotron radiation X-rays and neutron powder diffraction to accurately measure the structural ordering at atomic scale, such as the structural motif, local structures, short-range and long-range order of solution and solid materials, so as to detect the in-situ structural dynamic evolution process of materials during synthesis and electrochemical cycling.
